Most models support an external-trigger port and result logging for MES upload; we confirm the exact interface for your configuration.
What is the warranty period?
1-year warranty — every unit is covered for 12 months from shipment, with remote setup guidance and after-sales support.
What is the typical lead time?
Normally in stock and shipped within a few working days; special configurations are quoted case by case.
