This clip shows a power bank under test: output voltage and current, protocol handshake and per-unit pass/fail are verified and logged. If you build or import power banks, this is the kind of check that should happen before a unit ships.
The footage shows our fast-charge tester running the check. Full specifications, accuracy figures and protocol lists live on the product page — we do not restate them here to avoid any drift between datasheet and this clip: charger & power-bank testers →
This clip shows a power bank on the test bench: the tester drives the output, reads back voltage and current, runs the protocol handshake, and marks the unit pass or fail. Every result is recorded, not just a green light.
Q: Can your tester test power banks, not just wall chargers?
A: Yes. The same bench and ATE testers verify power banks: output voltage and current, protocol handshake (PD/QC and private protocols), and capacity/performance under load. Each unit gets its own logged result.
Q: What does the test actually check on a power bank?
A: Functional check, output voltage and current accuracy, ripple, protocol negotiation, and pass/fail judgement. Results are stored per unit and exportable for traceability.
Q: Do you support private fast-charge protocols like Huawei SCP, VOOC or Samsung AFC?
A: Yes. The testers cover mainstream public protocols (QC, PD, PE, AFC, FCP, SCP, VOOC, PPS) plus PD3.1. Test the public protocols and the private ones separately so a pass means a real pass.
